Okay, do you realize that recently there are lot of heterosexual book covers’ are stunning? I mean, HOT as HELL! I don’t know their strategy, but I think, they also want people like me (I mean, gay person) to read them as well. Oh my, I can’t get off my eyes of them. Damn! So, forgive me, if sometime in the future I’ll upload review of those books because I already read them. Can’t help myself. These are some of those HOT books:
Whoaaaa…I think I might like this one. Adorable Sub, dominate-but-tolerable Dom. My cup of tea!
“Don’t worry, I’m not stupid enough to try and steal him away. I think it’s great. It’s about time you stopped burying yourself with work and started thinking more about your personal needs. You’ve been alone far, far too long.”
Micah “Pup” Slayde knows he wants Tackett Austin the moment he lays eyes on him in the Guards of Folsom. Micah wants to have purpose, to be taken care of, and to take care of his Dom—wants to trust him completely, live for him, belong to him. To become his everything. Micah
is sure Tackett is the one. The problem is, in order to be the perfect sub, he needs to stay focused, and that’s not easy for Micah, who suffers from what he refers to as a “broken brain.” Focus and adult attention deficit disorder rarely coexist.
Ever since Ty Callahan and Blake Henderson’s collaring ceremony, Tackett’s been thinking too much about his own loneliness. Even though Ty introduces Micah and urges Tackett to give him a try, Tackett isn’t so easily convinced. He’s spent his life pursuing a successful business career, and the subs he dominates almost never enjoy the kiss of his leather twice. Twenty years Micah’s senior, Tackett has no interest in taking on and taming such a young and naughty sub—but it’s difficult to resist such an adorable pup when he begs.
Well, this is an incredibly cute but extremely short. Too short. Okay, this is a free book on smashwords.com, written by Dick O’Connor. I don’t know, whether this short story is self experience of Dick himself or not, but the character on it is named the same.
I said this is cute because it told us about how two freshmen on a high school, Dick and Eric, were united because of Sarah, Dick’s friend who is voluntary help them get along. Everything looked fine. Dick is openly gay, then Eric, somehow still like to be in the closet. Their first date by watching a movie seemed promising, but when Dick is trying to test Eric’s feeling for him by touching his hand, Eric decided to move backward, and he went in a rush whilst the movie end. That’s the sign for Dick that maybe Eric is not The One for him.
Because this story is too short, I still can’t describe whether I like or not, except for its cuteness. I hope I can read lot of possibilities about their relationship.
I gave 2 out of 5 star. Honestly, I love Dick’s writing. I’ll look forward for his another books.
These are become my new wishlist based on their cute cover. Hahaha…well, sometime I am an eye-slut reader because I choose to read books by their cover. Like these:
Fairy Tate. Twinklefingers. Lucy Liu. Will the taunting ever end? Lucas Tate suffers ridicule because of his appearance and sensitive nature. When he’s not teased, he’s ignored, and he doesn’t know which is worse. He feels unloved by everyone, but the one comfort in life is his music. What he wants more than anything is to find a friend.
Much to his dismay, both his mom and a schoolmate are determined to find him a boyfriend, despite the fact Lucas hasn’t come out to them. His mom chooses a football player who redefines the term “heartthrob,” while Trish pushes him toward the only openly gay boy at Providence High. But Lucas is harboring a crush on another boy, one who writes such romantic poetry to his girlfriend that hearing it melts Lucas into a puddle of goo. All three prospects seem so far out of his league. Lucas is sure he doesn’t stand a chance with any of them—until sharing his gift for music brings him the courage to let people into his heart.
The hole in Tony Teagan’s heart is slowly shrinking. Since losing the love of his life, he’s buried himself in running West TonDe Press, but now he can remember the good times. Still, that doesn’t mean he’s ready for a new man in his life. Then he meets nighttime delivery guy Brandon, who appears on his doorstep with Thai food. Tony’s interest is piqued despite their ten-year age difference, and Brandon is all for a new relationship. Relinquishing his hold on his deceased lover is the hardest challenge Tony will face, but if his future is combined with Brandon’s, he may have a second chance at love after all.
When Jack receives a Two for One offer at a local club, he doesn’t realise the two men would change his life.
Jack Samson moves to Sumerset to start over again. He’s looking forward to his new veterinary practice and maybe having some fun once in a while. He certainly isn’t looking to fall for two men.
Simon Wittman and Brady Vanderly have been partners for fifteen years. They love each other, but they like to play. When they pick Jack up at a local gay bar, they think they’re just looking for a night or two of fun. They end up finding so much more.
Such a long time I don’t read and review any books. Well, a lot of jobs in December always make me busy so my reading time is decreasing significantly. Oh, no, I’ll not bore you with my daily schedule. It’s time to relax and enjoy reading.
Two For One is the newest story that I read. And, it’s definitely the HOT one. Since the first page, we already being bombed by steamy scenes. Preparing your towel or tissue in case you can hold your ‘little Johnny’ to explode. The story itself is about Brady and Simon who were a couple for years. They have a wonderful relationship, in love and sex. But, somehow, Brady still need one person again to complete their love-life. And, Jack, who is accidentally having a heartbroken and visiting the gay bar was attracted the both of them instantly.
Simon: “Is there something missing between us?”
Brady: “No. I love you and always will, but there’s room in our hearts for another person. Why not go looking for him and have some fun while we’re at it?”
In the other hand, Jack also attract to them. And, in short time he already gave his heart for them though he still needs few moments to decide whether he wants to move into Brady’s and Simon relationship or not. It is a happy ending one, so you can guess what’s the ending, right? Well, no problem, you still have to read it because there is a lot of good stuff here.
Happy reading, y’all. I gave 3 out of 5 star for this one.
Well, this is me. The lazy one. How could I not know that this story is a free reading from Lou. I just thought that this one is the sequel of his previous work, Last Stop. I am definitely love its cover. Lucky me, I googled it, and found its free ebook on Goodreads.com.
Giving in so easily made him feel dirty and slutty, and he loved it.
It’s only 15 pages short story. Too short. Quite HOT. But, its fantasy made me smile when the story is being twisted around its half part. Enjoyable read.
I never knew that the story will be like that because its first half part is so believable ‘bartender-seduces-a-stranger’ kind of story. I never thought that both of them are……nope! I won’t spill out up here, because it can ruin your fantasy, if you still don’t read it yet.
By the way, maybe if I have already read Last Stop, I could figure out these two characters right away. But, thank God, I haven’t read it yet so I could enjoy this story very much.
Of course, I want it longer than only 15 pages. Can’t wait to read Last Stop. Thanks Lou!
